Nelson Mandela Bay will be host to the second Nelson Mandela Bay Surf Ski Classic on Easter Friday 2010.

This international surf ski race will launch the water sport program of the 2010 MTN Nelson Mandela Bay Splash Festival. The race will be a 26km race starting and finishing at Hobie Beach.

The exact course for the event will be determined by the prevailing weather conditions on the day to try see if we can get the bulk of the race done with the following wind.

Normal Entries close on 14th March - An entry fee of only R150 per paddler will be charged, making the event the best value for money World Series event on the planet! Please note that no clothing provision will be made for late entrants.

Prize money of over R45,000 has been guaranteed

A fantastic opportunity for South Africans to gain valuable World Series points without having to travel overseas.
